Like his anime and manga counterpart, Kaiba's signature card is that of the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, but he can also surprise you with a wealth of cards not seen anywhere but the actual TCG! He's a challenging opponent, but it's a great game to play, whether you're a casual TCG gamer or a world champion. However, unlike the Yu-Gi-Oh video games for the consoles and portable playing units, this one for the PC accurately replicates card graphics and rulings players of the English TCG will have a breeze playing this game, as they will be well aware of the cards, restrictions, and moves. The bonus side of this is that you DO get to keep all the cards you started with and/or won in Yugi the Destiny, so Kaiba the Revenge is a game best played after you've played YTD several times, won a variety of cards, and are bored with duels in that game.Ĭompared with its sequel, Joey the Passion, this game is fun, but limited in capabilities. Likely plans were made, but fell through, so the manual that comes with KTR was misprinted. However, buyer beware- the game does not have an updated version of Yugi the Destiny 2.0 on the CD, nor does Konami have such a game available for download or purchase. There are also several colored manga-style graphics (similar to those on the cover) that accompany various in-game events. The second game in the Power of Chaos series of Yu-Gi-Oh games for the PC, Kaiba the Revenge features an updated wealth of cards, smooth, streamlined graphics, and a wide array of music and sound effects provided by Kaiba's English voice actor, Eric Stuart.
